BETHANIA 2023

Bethany Navajeevan Institution celebrated 'Bethania 2023' with great joy and enthusiasm, dedicating to foster creativity and sense of unity among the participants. The inauguration of Bethania 2023 started with a rally of students from Puthukkadai Junction at 7:00 am.  The procession took place with participants carrying banners and placards on the theme G20 2023 that insist "Vasudhavia Kutumbakam" which indicates "One Earth, One Family,One Future". Students from Matric, CBSE, and other staff participated in the rally.  Following the rally a formal declaration was made by Rev. Dr. John Christopher OIC and Rev. Fr. George Thomas OIC to recognize Bethania.  Bethania torch were hold and lighted by Bethany Navajeevan Institution sports champions.

    Bethania 2023 was a five-day program, from 07-08-2023 to 11-08-2023. The first two days were a sports fest for CBSE students, and a Literary & Arts fest for Matric students, and vice versa on consecutive days. We, the student-teachers, were the organizers of Bethania 2023. 7 student-teachers went as organizers for the K.G section, 18 student-teachers went as organizers for the CBSE section, and 13 student-teachers went as organizers for the Matric section. It was a new experience for us as organizers in conducting various programs. We were organized into various committees, such as the announcement team, certificate writing team, and tabulation team, etc. We organized various games and art events. Special games were conducted for non-participants by student-teachers. All the students vibrantly participated in the events and made their day a memorable one. Many individual sports competitions were held, and each and every student was encouraged by their house in-charges. The winners were awarded medals and simultaneously congratulated on the completion of the events. They felt happy while receiving the medals.
      Our Institution organised a strenuous Bethania Marathon has started from Mar Ephraem College of Engineering, Elavuvilai at 6:45 am.  Students from various houses have participated in an energetic race.  As they have crossed the finish line all the teachers and our correspondent Rev. Dr. John Christopher OIC greeted them with great cheer and joy.The closing ceremony of Bethania was conducted in Fransal Football Court.  The prizes of marathon were given during the closing ceremony.  It was a great opportunity for us to be the organisers for Bethania 2023. We was encouraged by a medal.

DIWALI CELEBRATION

Diwali is the festival of light and symbolizes the "spiritual victory of light over darkness and good over evil". The Diwali celebration was held on 10th November 2023 in our college at Bethany Auditorium. The programme started at 2.00 pm with a prayer song. Ms. C.Cinjula, the first Year student teacher welcomed the gathering. The Chief guest of the day was Mr.Francis, the Vice Principal of Bethany Navajeevan Senior Secondary School and he delivered chief guest address. In his speech he emphasized that unity and togetherness is the spirit of celebtating every festival. ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATION 2023-2024

Bethany Navajeevan Institution Celebrated 17th Annual day Triumph-2024 for Academic year with 2023-2024 on 05-01-2024 with great joy and enthusiasm under the theme of "Protect and Prosper" in Bethany Auditorium at 3:45 pm.           Shri Selva Rajan, GM and Head IREL; Rev. Dr. Mathew Jacob Thiruvalil OIC, provincial Superior; Mr. KonRad Hirzal and Mrs. Johanna Hirzal were the Guest of Honour. Our bethanians Welcomed the Guest of Honour with great Pleasure. The band Set, NCC, Scout and Guide, Red cross students were taken part in the march past to highlight the events.           The programme was started with Welcome song and Prayer song by the Choir.
